Advertising Calculators

Advertising calculators

Advertising calculators translate unit economics into the numbers media buyers work with day to day: the minimum return an ad has to produce, the most you can pay for an order, and what happens to profit at different return levels.

Find the minimum ROAS your ads need to cover product costs, shipping and transaction fees — plus your maximum CPA and profit at different return levels.

What return does every $1 of ad spend have to produce before I lose money?

What an advertising calculator can and cannot tell you

These tools work at the level of one order. They take the price, the costs and the fees you enter and return the point at which paid traffic stops paying for itself. That is a hard arithmetic boundary and it is worth knowing precisely.

What they cannot do is tell you what a campaign will actually return. Attribution windows, repeat purchase rates, refunds and the difference between platform-reported and blended performance all sit outside a per-order calculation. Treat the output as the floor a campaign has to clear, then judge the campaign on your own reporting.

Start with the Break-Even ROAS Calculator — it produces both the minimum ROAS and the maximum CPA from the same inputs.
