The short version

The numbers you type into a calculator are processed in your browser. EcomGauge does not intentionally send calculator inputs to a database or store them between visits. Hosting and, when enabled, advertising systems may process technical information as described below.

Calculator inputs

Calculation logic runs client-side. Values are held in browser memory for the current page and disappear when you reload or close it. No account is required to use the calculators.

Hosting and server logs

Requests reach the hosting provider, which may retain standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, time and requested URL for security, abuse prevention and reliability. Calculator field values are not included in the page URL and are not intentionally written to those logs by this application.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

EcomGauge is designed to use Google AdSense to fund free tools. When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize advertising based on a visitor's activity on this site or other sites, subject to the visitor's choices and applicable law.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and/or other websites. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Information about how Google uses data when sites use Google services is available in Google's partner-sites privacy information.

If additional advertising networks are added, this policy will be updated to identify them. Advertising does not change calculator formulas or results.

Consent in regulated regions

Where consent is required for advertising or analytics, those technologies must not be enabled until an appropriate consent mechanism is configured. For Google advertising in applicable European regions, the deployment plan uses a Google-certified consent management platform configured through AdSense rather than a home-made banner presented as compliance.

Analytics

No analytics provider is enabled in the current code by default. If analytics is enabled later, this page will be updated with the provider, purpose, data involved and applicable consent choices before it goes live.

Accounts and direct contact

The calculators require no account, name or email. If a visitor contacts the site directly after a contact address is published, that correspondence may contain the information the visitor chooses to send and may be retained as needed to respond.

Your choices and rights

Advertising choices can be managed through the consent interface shown where applicable and through Google Ads Settings. Other privacy rights depend on the law that applies to the visitor and the processing involved. Questions can be raised through the contact page once a public contact address is configured.
